The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (DOT) appeals from the May 8, *7891995 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County which granted Alan Erimias’ (Erimias) appeal from a three-month suspension of his vehicle’s registration imposed by DOT pursuant to Section 1786(d) of the Vehicle Code (Code), as amended, 75 Pa.C.S. § 1786(d).
