The appellee filed a bill in the Circuit Court of DeSóto County against the appellants to compel specific performance of a contract for the purchase of certain lands. It is alleged that in the chain of title of appellee there is a deed executed by a married woman in which the husband of the married woman did not join. It is alleged that the husband was non compos mentis and that the married woman had been made a free dealer ■ under the statutes providing for such a status (see sections 1955 to 1959 inclusive General Statutes of 1906).
