*387In an action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Barone, J.), entered December 2, 2002, which granted the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment, denied their cross motion for summary judgment, and granted the plaintiff specific performance of the contract at a purchase price of $270,000.
Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, the motion is denied, the defendants’ answer is deemed amended to include a counterclaim for specific performance, and the cross motion is…
