Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Frank P. Geraci, Jr., J.), rendered March 28, 2007. The judgment *1310convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of robbery in the first degree and robbery in the second degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
