Gary Musick was convicted of conspiring to distribute and to possess, with the intent to distribute, a quantity of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1); conspiracy to commit money laundering, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(h); and two counts of money laundering, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(l)(B)(ii). Musick was acquitted of conspiring to distribute 100 kilograms or more of marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(b)(1)(B). Musick forfeited his interest in one million dollars in currency and real property and was sentenced to 235 concurrent…
