This case was here on appeal once before. On the former appeal it will he found reported under the style Illinois Central Railroad Company v. White, 52 South. 449. On that appeal the case was reversed and remanded, on the ground that no liability was shown on the part of the railroad company; the court holding that the jury should have been instructed to return a verdict in its favor.
