HISTORY OF LITIGATION
Plaintiff filed a class action complaint against' Paul Masem, Superintendent of Schools of the Little Rock School District, and members of the School Board on July 29, 1980. She alleged violations of 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1983 and Title VI and VII because she was not selected for the position of Supervisor of English and Social Studies in the District.
