—In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 75 to stay arbitration of a claim for uninsured motorist benefits, John Taddeo appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Carter, J.), entered September 1, 1999, which granted the petition and permanently stayed the arbitration, and (2) an order of the same court, entered January 5, 2000, which denied his motion, inter alia, for leave to renew and/or reargue the prior motion.
