Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed, without costs.

Defendant Local Wrench Service Station, Inc. immediately preceded defendant Speonk Fuel, Inc. as the owner and operator of a gasoline service station and its associated underground petroleum storage system in East Quogue, New York. On October 24, 1985, Local Wrench’s storage system, which included five underground gasoline tanks, was tested for tightness.
