— The complaint charged that one Louis Adler sustained a personal injury by accident arising out of and in the course of his employment, as an employee of H. G. Newman Plumbing Company, as a consequence of which appellant, the insurance carrier of the Newman Company, was required by order of the Industrial Board of Indiana, to, — and did make certain compensation payments to said Adler; that Adler in fact sustained the injury under circumstances creating, in C.
