— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Lomanto, J.), rendered January 10, 1985, convicting him of burglary in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification evidence. By order dated May 11, 1987, this court reversed the judgment of conviction and ordered a new trial (People v Washington, 130 AD2d 605).
