Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Hughes, J.), entered May 16, 1996 in Albany County, which granted defendants’ motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint of plaintiff Frank H. Below.
On February 19, 1994, vehicles owned and operated by defendant Allan D. Randall and defendant Glenn J. Rauch collided, which resulted in the Rauch vehicle striking the vehicle in which plaintiffs were traveling.
