Carnegie Mellon University and Niagara Fire Insurance Company (collectively, Employer) appeal from the order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the referee’s decision granting a petition for review filed by Daniel Lenz (Claimant) and denying a petition for suspension or modification filed by Employer.
