Oliver Anderson was awarded a default divorce from Early Lee Anderson by the Circuit Court of Pulaski County on June 23, 1958. Ten years and almost eight months thereafter, or on February 19, 1969, Early Lee filed this action to set aside the divorce for fraud. Following trial, Early Lee’s petition was dismissed for the stated reason that her action was barred by the statute of limitations.
