MOORE, Judge.
Hope Annette Stephens and Jason Dean Kitchens, as co-personal representatives of the estates of Ronald Kitchens and Charmaine A. Kitchens (“the estates”), appeal from a judgment of the Etowah Circuit Court. We reverse.
Facts and Procedural History
On February 11, 2007, Ronald Kitchens and Charmaine A. Kitchens (“the Kitch-enses”) and Thomas Huie and Gail Huie (“the Huies”) were involved in an automobile accident while they were traveling together.
