PHILLIP R. GARRISON, Judge.

Christine A. Koch (“Wife”) appeals from the amended judgment dissolving her marriage to George A. Koch (“Husband”), contending that the trial court erred in denying her maintenance and making its order non-modifiable; and in awarding her only a portion of her attorney fees. We affirm.

Husband and Wife were married, while Husband was in medical school, on April 3, 1993, in Jasper County, Missouri. Two children were born of the marriage, one in 1995, and one in 2001. Prior to the marriage, Husband had applied for and received various student loans so that he could…
