SRINIVASAN, Circuit Judge:
Theodore Wilson, a former employee of the Armed Forces Retirement Home-Washington, alleges that his termination from his position as a security guard was motivated by discrimination based on age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. The district court, determining that no reasonable factfinder could conclude that Wilson was discharged because of his age, granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants.
