PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 1. On June 5, 2003, Oscar Harbin had a fatal heart attack while working at Outo-kumpu Heatcraft (Heatcraft) in Grenada County, Mississippi. His widow, Louise Harbin, filed a petition to controvert with the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission on September 12, 2003, alleging that Oscar’s heart attack occurred within the course and scope of his employment.
