This personal injury case, here because there is diversity jurisdiction, is before me on the motion for summary judgment of two non-profit corporate defendants, Head-water Trails, Inc. and the Sno Eagles Snowmobile Club. Sno Eagles is a snowmobiling club and Headwater is a snowmobile trail grooming organization. They operate in the Eagle River, Wisconsin, area.
