OPINION VACATING AND REMANDING
COMBS, Judge:
Mitchell Artrip appeals a judgment affirming an arbitrator’s award in favor of the appellee, Samons Construction, Inc. The sole issue for this court’s consideration is whether the Boyd Circuit Court had subject matter jurisdiction to enforce the arbitrator’s award rendered in Ohio pursuant to a contract that did not provide for arbitration to take place in Kentucky.
