The plaintiff is a real estate agent and this action was brought to recover a commission for the sale of defendant’s property. The trial was by court with a resulting judgment for the defendants and the case is here on an exception to the judgment.
The material findings of fact are as follows: The defendants had listed their property with the plaintiff under a written agreement which expired in August, 1949.
