CYR, Circuit Judge.
This appeal challenges a summary judgment dismissing various claims brought under the Veterans’ Reemployment Rights Act of 1968 (“VRRA”) against the Right to Work Administration of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (“RWA”) for allegedly denying plaintiff-appellant Stanley Xavier Diaz Gan-día (“Diaz”) certain incidents and advantages of employment solely by reason of his participation in the United States Army Reserves. We vacate the district court judgment and remand for further proceedings.
