Plaintiff, a textile manufacturer, seeks an injunction restraining execution of an administrative search warrant which authorizes the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to conduct an inspection at plaintiff’s Lindale, Georgia mill. The warrant was issued by a United States Magistrate on July 28, 1980 on OSHA’s ex parte application. On the following day Administration compliance officers attempted to execute the warrant at the Lindale mill and plaintiff's counsel brought this action for injunctive relief under Fed.R.Civ.P. 65.
