LEISURE, District Judge:
Defendant The Boeing Company (hereinafter referred to as “Boeing”) has moved to dismiss plaintiff’s complaint on the ground of forum non conveniens. Plaintiff’s complaint seeks damages for the wrongful death of Shree Mohan Chhawchharia, plaintiff’s husband and a passenger on a Boeing 747 aircraft owned by Japan Air Lines, which crashed en route from Tokyo, Japan to Osaka, Japan on August 12, 1985. Plaintiff sues individually and in “her representative capacity under the Laws of India.” Complaint, 112. Plaintiff alleges that she is “a citizen and resident of the Country…
