This opinion for habeas corpus is brought by one whose recognizance was revoked on February 3, 1978, after a Superior Court justice found that the petitioner (Bridges) had violated a condition of that recognizance. Bridges alleges that the hearing justice erred in finding a violation based on evidence that had been obtained pursuant to an invalid search warrant.
