OPINION OF THE COURT

Edith Miller, J.

On February 24, 1981, it was determined beyond a reasonable doubt at a fact-finding hearing that the respondent committed acts which if committed by an adult would constitute robbery in the second degree and assault in the third degree (two counts). The court found that on February 1, 1981, the respondent, while taking the property (a ring and a purse) from a young girl, assaulted and injured her, and that shortly thereafter he assaulted another young girl.
