Brown v. Luce Manufacturing Co.

This is a suit to recover the amount of a dividend in the sum of $1630.89, alleged to have been declared by the defendant in favor of the plaintiff on its corporate stock.

The petition is in three counts. The case was tried by all parties as a suit in equity and resulted in a judgment in favor of defendant. Plaintiff has appealed.
