THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon an adversary proceeding pursuant to Part VII of the Interim Bankruptcy Rules wherein the Trustee sought to recover money or property and to determine the validity, priority or extent of a lien or other interest in property claimed by the Defendant, Associates Commercial Corporation (hereinafter “Associates”) and sought an accounting.
