OPINION

SULLIVAN, Judge.

Appellant, Geraldine Marie East, brings this interlocutory appeal from the trial court's Order Construing Will and Codicil Thereto and Instructions as to Real Estate. We restate the issues presented by Geraldine as follows:(1) whether the Codicil is ambiguous;(2) whether the trial court erred in excluding extrinsic evidence; and(8) whether the trial court correctly followed the law in construing the Codicil.

We affirm.
