On the 4th day of March, 1931, Rupp Bros. Motor Sales Corporation, as vendor, and Edward J. Barnett, as vendee, executed a certain contract for the conditional sale of an automobile truck (motor number T 2182485). This contract called for a down payment of $243, with the balance of the purchase price to be liquidated in eleven successive monthly install*193ments of $45 each, followed by one monthly installment in the sum of $29, payable on the fourth day of each and every month commencing on the month next succeeding the date of the contract.
