SPEER, Justice.

Appellant, Continental Pipe Line Co., a corporation, having the right of eminent domain, instituted condemnation proceedings to acquire lands for laying a pipe line across the property of appellees, Otis Kiel, Weldon Thomas Johnson and Mae M. Johnson. A separate proceeding was instituted against each of the named appel-lees. It was stipulated that all statutory requirements 'had been complied with. The commissioners appointed by the County Judge had a hearing and made an award in favor of each of appellees in different amounts. They each timely filed identical objections to the…
