PRETTYMAN, Associate Justice.
Chester Bowles, as Administrator of the Office of Price Administration, and on be*144half of the United States, brought a civil action in the District Court against the present appellee and another, for an injunction and for treble damages for alleged sales of meat at prices in excess of the lawful ceiling prices under Emergency Price Control Regulations.1 The action was dismissed as to the other defendant, and the present appellee answered the complaint.
