This is a suit in equity to redeem a quarter section of land in Lincoln county from a sheriff’s sale in a suit to foreclose a mortgage. When Samuel A. Thomas and rvife owned the land September 22, 1914, they mortgaged it to H. Bruce Kriger to secure the payment of a note for $1,000 bearing interest at the rate of 10 per cent, per annum until paid. With the land thus incumbered they deeded it to Eleanor J. Baker Februai’y 11, 1915, and she and her husband, Dr. B.
