Gilbert Grobstick appeals from a judgment convicting him of obstructing an officer, § 946.41(1), Stats., and felony escape from custody, § 946.42(3)(a), STATS. He asserts that the evidence was insufficient to convict him on the obstruction charge because fleeing and hiding from an officer do not establish "obstruction." He also asserts that because the jury instruction on the escape charge erroneously referred to a bench warrant as a ground for his arrest, his conviction for felony escape must be reversed.
