| tThe defendant pled guilty to illegal possession of stolen property valued in excess of $500, and the trial court placed the defendant on probation and suspended the imposition of sentence pursuant to La. Code Crim.P, art. 893. The defendant’s probation was subsequently revoked and the suspension of imposition of sentence pursuant to La.Code Crim.P. art, 893 withdrawn. For the defendant’s original conviction for illegal possession of stolen things valued in excess of $500, the trial court sentenced the defendant to seven years at hard labor with credit for time served, and a fine…
