This is an appeal from a decree of the chancery court of the Second district of Coahoma county, dissolving an injunction which had been theretofore granted to restrain the foreclosure of two certain deeds of trust.

The material facts, as shown by the bill of complaint and exhibits thereto, are substantially as follows: On the 31st day of October, 1922, Mrs. Eosa Mays Horner and Mrs. K. M. Lyford, residents of Helena, Arkansas, were each indebted to Mrs. H. M. Orr, also a resident of Helena, Arkansas, in the sum of six thousand twenty-two dollars and fifty-six cents, evidenced by promissory…
