The State appeals an order granting the defendant’s motion to suppress. We conclude that, under the totality of the circumstances, the police had reasonable suspicion to stop the defendant’s vehicle where, within six minutes of receiving a BOLO alert, an officer saw the defendant’s vehicle — which matched the BOLO description — traveling on the only road of escape from the location of the burglary, and where the defendant later took evasive driving actions.
