Orah W. Garst appeals from the judgment of the Six teenth Judicial District Court, Powder River County, apportioning marital property. We modify and affirm the District Court’s judgment.

The issues on appeal are:(1) Did the District Court err in its valuation of the marital ranch property?(2) Did the District Court abuse its discretion by ordering an inequitable division of marital property?(3) Did the District Court err by granting the wife a lien on marital property or its proceeds in a specific dollar amount?
