The Treasurer of the State of Missouri as custodian of the Second Injury Fund (“the Fund” or “Fund”) appeals from a final award of workers’ compensation benefits issued to Kathy Hall (“Claimant”) by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“the Commission”). On appeal, the Fund brings two points, which, in substance, both argue the Commission “wholly abandoned” . the dictates of Section 287.190.6(2)1 in relying on subjective medical findings rather than objective medical findings.
