Tbe appellant, C. IT. Thompson, filed his original bill of complaint in the chancery court of the second judicial district of Tallahatchie county against A. J. Hill, the Tutwiler Compress Company, the Planters’ Bank, and the Planters’ National Bank of Clarksdale, and the Stewart-Gwynne Company, seeking to locate certain cotton raised on a certain plantation, situated in Sunflower county and known as the “Edmondson place,” and to enforce a landlord’s lien on said cotton.
