Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent which revoked petitioners’ certificate to operate a family care home.

This matter involves the revocation of petitioners’ operating certificate issued by the office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (hereinafter OMRDD) authorizing them to care for up to three OMRDD clients in their residence.
