GIBSON, Chief Judge.
This plenary action was brought by the trustee in bankruptcy of Great Western Automatic Sprinkler Company (Great Western) and Fabrication and Supply Company (Fabrication), alleging a conspiracy fraudulently to acquire the assets of the bankrupts.
