Jones v. Wise

In this action, Warren J. Jones, herein called the plaintiff, filed a claim against the estate of Frank A. Wise. Objections were filed to the claim by the administrator and by certain creditors. The estate and the creditors will be referred to herein as the defendants. The claim was allowed by the county court in the sum of $44,116.67. The matter was appealed to the district court.
