MILBURN, Circuit Judge.
Defendant-appellant Sheldon L. Horton appeals from his conviction on nine counts of mail fraud. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

Defendant Horton was convicted of mail fraud after he and codefendant Stephen Bandawat were jointly tried for their participation in a scheme to defraud Chrysler Corporation of some $479,000.00 during the course of production of door hinges for the Chrysler K-car.
