OPINION

STEPHEN RASLAVICH, Bankruptcy Judge.

The Court has before it motions for summary judgment filed by both Plaintiff Logan Square East (the “Debtor”) and Defendant PECO Energy Company (“PECO”) in the instant adversary proceeding brought by the Debtor to avoid and recover certain payments it made to PECO as “preferences” under 11 U.S.C. § 547. 1 Though the parties have stipulated to the existence of certain facts which satisfy the general requirements for avoidance liability under 11 U.S.C. § 547(b), left open is the question of whether the payments fit within an exception for transfers…
