This is an appeal from a summary judgment dismissing the complaint for personal injuries because the two-year statute of limitations, N.J.S.A. 2A:14-2, was tolled only until plaintiffs eighteenth birthday by virtue of N.J.S.A 2A:14-21 as amended by N.J.SA 9:17B-1 to 3.
