This is an action brought by Annie Heidenreich, by her father as next friend, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by her on April 25, 1907, at which time she was thirteen years of age. The accident happened about seven o’clock in the evening, at the corner of Center Avenue and Eighteenth Street in the City of Chicago.
