Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Greene County (Lalor, J.), entered June 11, 2001, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 7, to adjudicate respondent a person in need of supervision.
In response to a petition filed to have him adjudicated a person in need of supervision, respondent appeared before Family Court and admitted certain allegations in the petition, including possessing tobacco at school, while denying others.
