People Ex Rel. Kozielec v. Carey

In this case plaintiff in error Stanley Kozielec seeks review of an ordered entered in the criminal court of Cook county denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Plaintiff in error was arrested as a fugitive from justice under authority of a warrant issued by the Governor of this State on the requisition of the Governor of Georgia.
