This is a proceeding for separate maintenance by the wife against the husband, in which by a supplemental bill David B. Peck, a brother of the husband, was made a party defendant on the theory that he had personal property of great value belonging to the husband which he might deliver to the husband, who, in some manner undisclosed but feared, might get rid of it, which it is claimed would deprive the husband of means with which he ought to support his wife and children.
